IN PERSON AND ONLINE INTENSIVES

INTENSIVE

In an Intensive a couple spends one full day and two further half days with me being led through a series of innovative, deeply connecting experiences teaching them how to repair after conflict and move back into warm connection.

There are 3 different Connection Intensives on offer, all designed to get to the heart of your relationship. The Foundational Reconnect Intensive must be completed before the Making Amends or Saying Goodbye Intensive can be completed.

• The Foundational Reconnect Intensive (3 days)  - to help couples deal with conflict and difficult things in their history and explore and improve their connection. It helps reconnect a couple so they can choose how they would like to move forward.

• Making Amends Intensive (1 day) -  guides couples towards understanding and healing after a relational trauma ( an affair, a death, financial crisis), helping them make amends and decide how they would like to move forward. This Intensive can be booked after you complete the Foundational Reconnect Intensive and after a period that feels comfortable for you to focus specifically on the challenging event. It is highly recommended by couples who have done it.

• Saying Goodbye Intensive (1 day) -  Following the Reconnect Intensive, when a couple has clarity about completing their relationship, this day long Intensive helps couples to honour their time together and release their energy for creating a new future. This is particularly important if there are children involved.

At the end of the 3 day Foundational Reconnect Intensive, you will be handed a pack which contains important things you have said, an information leaflet about carrying on the experience and some recommendations of resources to explore.

If you choose to do an intensive online, sessions will be held on the conferencing platform Zoom. You will receive a link to the recordings of the 3 sessions. On your end, you will need a good internet connection, a quiet place to do the work, a good quality conference microphone and a speaker (This is essential as sound on your laptop/computer is not sufficient for me to clearly hear you when you are in conversation together.)

Sue has shifted to a new economy where you can choose what you can contribute to your Intensive. The price is from £0 – the usual £2300 and a 50% deposit of your chosen amount will secure your date. Curious about my pricing? Click here. You will be working with Sue for a total of 14-15 hours.

Please be aware that Sue only opens a maximum of 3 Intensives a month due to her teaching and consultation commitments.
