Distractions can occur which we experience as deflating, knocking us off the Upward Spiral.
Whether we are on The Upward Spiral or the Downward Trend is a choice, I will show you how to recognise where you are, and how to make that choice!

An essential humanity whose nature is peace and whose expression is thought, and whose action is unconditional love.
